Natarajan (DIN: 07626680) as a Managing Director of the Company effective 18 February 2024 for the period of 3 years. He will replace U. Shekhar, Managing Director & Promoter of Company (DIN: 00265017), who completes his term as the Managing Director at the close of business on 17 February 2024.
