Venkat Pharma to hike authorised share capital New directors appointed to the company's board Venkat Pharma's shareholders have passed a resolution that will permit the company to increase its authorised share capital to Rs 9 crore. Shareholders have also sanctioned the appointment of D. Sri Harsha, Ramakrishna S Anipudi, and J. Durga Prasad as directors of the company, liable to be retired by rotation.
