The company has informed that pursuant to the order of High Court of Judicature at Bombay a meeting of equity shareholders of the Company will be held on September 23, 2005, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, to pass with or without modification, for approval of arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aplab Display Devices & Systems Ltd and Swicon Micro Systems Pvt Ltd with the Company.
