Redington (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 03, 2015 has approved the proposed merger of its wholly-owned Subsidiary Nook Micro Distribution Limited with the Company with effect from April 01, 2015, under a scheme of amalgamation, subject to necessary statutory and other approvals. Redington (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Honourable High Court of Madras has sanctioned the scheme of Arrangement (Merger) of Nook Micro Distribution Limited (transferor company) with Redington (India) Limited (transferee company). The order of High Court dated March 11, 2016 has been made effective on April 15, 2016 (being the date of filing the order of High Court with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai) with the Appointed Date being April 01, 2015.
