Sat Homecare Products Pvt. Ltd, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company with the Company. Jyothy Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board Meeting held on January 27, 2010, the Board amended the 'Effective Date' of the Amalgamation from 'April 01, 2009' to 'April 01, 2010'. Later on, at the Board Meeting held on May 25, 2010, the Board approved 'Scheme of Amalgamation' which will be submitted to the High Court.
