Accelya Kale Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the High Court of Judicature at Bombay has passed an Order on July 05, 2013 approving the amalgamation of Zero Octa Recruitment and Training (India) Private Limited and Zero Octa Selective Sourcing India Private Limited (the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company) with Accelya Kale Solutions Limited.
