Ltd: and Escorts Finance Investments and Leasing Pvt. Ltd with Escorts Ltd and their respective shareholders and creditors ('Scheme'). The Scheme would be effective on filing of the court order with Registrar of Companies by all the Transferor Companies and the Transferee Company
