Today Network Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the ''Scheme''). Copy of the sanction order of NCLT is enclosed herewith for your reference. The Scheme will be effective from the date on which certified copy of the afore-mentioned sanction order of Hon''ble NCLT is filed with Registrar of Companies, New Delhi ('RoC'). The effective date will be communicated to the Stock Exchanges for further public dissemination as and when the sanction order is filed and the Scheme becomes effective. We request you to kindly take the same on record. Pursuant to the said filing, the Scheme has become effective, in accordance with its terms. Copy of the certified order of NCLT is enclosed herewith for your reference. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated 07.08.2019) Further to our intimation dated July 23, 2019, we wish to inform you that Company has received corrected Order from Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Principal bench, New Delhi today i.e. on August 16, 2019 in matter of Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation amongst Mail Today Newspapers Private Limited (Transferor Company 1) India Today Online Private Limited (Transferor Company 2) and T.V. Today Network Limited (Transferee Company). The following rectification is made in the earlier Order as submitted: 'The date 19.09.2018 be corrected to 08.09.2018 in para no.6 at Page 4 of the order dated 22.07.2019 passed in CAA-145 (PB)/2018.'
