Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited w.e.f. 1st April, 2012 as per the order dated August 7, 2014 received from the Honorable High Court of Karnataka pursuant to the petition filed u/s 391 and 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 by the Transferor company.
