High Court on October 16, 2015 and October 27, 2015 (received by the Company on October 29, 2015 and November 04, 2015) and which have been filed with the Registrar of Companies and taken on record on December 23, 2015. D B Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2016, has issued and allotted 8% Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the allottees pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Gokuldham Real Estate Development Company Pvt.
