Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, and clause 22 of the said Order with respect to approval of the Scheme, please find enclosed the advertisement published today (i.e. 4th June, 2021) in the Newspapers viz.- Business Standard (in English) and Navshakti (in Marathi), informing the approval of the Scheme by NCLT on 26 April, 2021.
