With reference to intimation to Bombay Stock Exchange dated 08th August, 2019 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, Mumbai vide its order dated 09th May, 2019 has approved the scheme of Merger by Absorption of Strix Wireless Private Limited (Transferor Company) with Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited (Transferee Company), pursuant to sections 230 to 234 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
