This is further to our disclosures dated October 20, 2023, October 27, 2023, November 1, 2023, and November 3, 2023, in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Tata Steel Limited (the Company') and Tata Steel Long Products Limited (TSLP') and their respective shareholders (Scheme of Amalgamation'), as approved and sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench (having jurisdiction over the Company) vide its Order dated October 20, 2023 (NCLT Mumbai Order') as well as the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack bench (having jurisdiction over TSLP) vide its Order dated October 18, 2023 (NCLT Cuttack Order').
