The Company hereby submits the following: i.IIFL Wealth Advisors (India) Limited, the Transferor Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of IIFL Wealth Management Limited('Company' or 'Transferee Company') had filed a Scheme of Amalgamation seeking sanction of the Chennai Bench and Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal, respectively, wherein it was proposed to amalgamate the Transferor Company with the Transferee Company; ii.The Transferor Company and the Company have received the copies of the final order from the Chennai Bench and Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal, respectively;and iii.Subsequent to the above, the Company and the Transferor Company have filed requisite forms with the Registrar of Companies to make the Scheme effective today i.e.December 27, 2019. Accordingly,IIFL Wealth Advisors (India) Limited stands amalgamated with IIFL Wealth Management Limited, effective today i.e.December 27, 2019; We request you to kindly take this intimation on record.
