We wish to inform you that Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited ('DCBL'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat Limited ('DBL' or the 'Company'), Dalmia DSP Limited ('Dalmia DSP'), Murli Industries Limited ('Murli Industries'), Ascension Mercantile Private Limited ('Ascension Mercantile') and Ascension Multiventures Private Limited ('Ascension Multiventures'), wholly owned subsidiaries of DCBL (i.e., step-down subsidiaries of the Company), at their respective meeting of Board of Directors held on March 23, 2021 have considered and approved: two Schemes, as per details attached. With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on today, i.e Tuesday, March 23, 2021 has appointed Mr. Dharmender Tuteja as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. March 23, 2021.
