Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Jindal Saw Ltd, has fixed the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders of the Company, as per details given below: COMPANY NAME CODE Jindal Saw Ltd. (500378; 600378) RECORD DATE 27/08/2016 PURPOSE As per Composite Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, between, (1) Jindal Saw Ltd and (2) JITF Infralogistics Ltd and (3) JITF Shipyards Ltd and (4) JITF Waterways Ltd: - Upon the coming into effect of the aforesaid Scheme and in consideration of the demerger of the Demerged Undertaking into JITF Infralogistics Limited: JITF Infralogistics Ltd shall issue and allot equity shares at par on proportionate basis to the shareholders of Jindal Saw Ltd, in the following proportion: '50 (FIFTY) fully paid equity shares of Rs. 2/- of JITF Infralogistics shall be issued and allotted for every 622 (SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO) equity shares of Rs.2/- each held in Jindal Saw Ltd' EX-ENTITLEMENT FROM DATE & SETT. August 25, 2016 and pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/MRD/DP/01/2012 dated January 20, 2012; the aforesaid scrip shall be a part of Call Auction in Pre-open Session on August 25, 2016.
