Tirupati Innovar Limited was initially incorporated as Tirupati Tyres Limited in May 1988 to cater to diverse business divisions in the auto industry. The name of the Company has changed from Tirupati Tyres Limited to Tirupati Innovar Limited in July 2025 subject to statutory approvals obtained from the Registrart 

Initially, the Company was engaged in the business of manufacturing, buying, selling, dealing in wholesale and retail importing. 

During the financial year 2015-16, the Company acquired 90% stake in Aspen Lifestyles LLP, balance 10% held by Shamseerhussain K Khan, Director (Finance) of the Company.

The Company is a manufacturer of tyre having a good network of dealers which provide complete solutions to customers. Over time, the Company has diversified and shifted its focus towards new business activities, including: cultivation, farming, and production of crops, fruits, vegetables, grains, and other agricultural products; infrastructure activities, business of goldsmith and silversmith.
