Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 08, 2010, subject to such approvals as may be required, has approved the amalgamation of JSL Structures Ltd., a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that Bombay High Court has admitted the Company's application on February 18, 2010 and has allowed dispensation from holding the meeting of Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the JSL Structures Ltd. and also of Jyoti Structures Ltd. in connection with merger of the two Companies.
