The Board of Directors of Mahanagar Gas Limited (''MGL'' / Transferee Company'') at its Meeting held today has considered and approved the Scheme of Merger / Amalgamation of Unison Enviro Private Limited (''UEPL'' / ''Transferor Company'') with MGL and their respective shareholders (''the Scheme'').
