Gati Ltd has informed BSE that the equity shareholders of the Company at its court convened meeting held on March 07, 2007, have approved, pursuant to the provisions of Section 391 to 394 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956 and subject to the sanction by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Ocimum Commercial & Trading Pvt Ltd and Sumeru Commercial & Trading Pvt Ltd and Trymbak Commercial & Trading Pvt Ltd and Newatia Commercial & Trading Pvt Ltd their respective shareholders, in terms of the draft placed before the meeting and initiated by the Chairman of the meeting for the purpose of identification or with such alteration(s) or modification(s) thereof, as may be directed by the Hon'ble High Court(s).
