| Eih Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board at its Meeting held on January 23,
2006, subject to further review, approved, in principle, the restructuring of the Company by transfer of two of its hotels, The Oberoi Cecil, Shimla and the Trident Hilton, Bhubaneshwar to EIH Associated Hotels Limited.
