3i Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2009, inter alia, has recommended the following for the approval of the Members: The Board has approved the proposal for merger of 4 wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company. Viz. KNM Services Pvt Ltd Stex Software Pvt Ltd, E-Enable Technologies Pvt Ltd and J & B Software India Pvt Ltd with the Company. 3i Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the High Court of the Judicature at Bombay has approved the merger of KNM Services Private Limited, Stex Software Private Limited and E-Enable Technologies Private Limited, three wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company with the Company. Further, the High Court of the Judicature at Bombay has also approved the merger of Manipal Informatics Private Limited and Delta Services (India) Private Limited, step down subsidiaries of the Company with 3i Infotech Consultancy Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
