3i Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 02, 2010, inter alia, transacted the following : The Board approved the Merger of FinEng Solutions Private Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company. 3i Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that The High Court of Judicature at Bombay has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Fineng Solutions Private Limited on October 14, 2011. The Company has filed the Court Order with the Registrar of Companies at Mumbai on November 10, 2011. Therefore the effective date of the merger will be November 10, 2011.
