India Infoline Limited has informed the Exchange that the BoDs of the Company at their meeting held on April 26, 2006 approved the proposal of merger of India Infoline Securities Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of India Infoline Ltd with India Infoline Ltd subject to necessary approvals from regulatory authorities and on'ble High Court. India Infoline Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Bombay High Court a meeting of Unsecured Creditors of India Infoline Securities Pvt Ltd, (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) will be held on September 09, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification the arrangement embodied in the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of India Infoline Securities Pvt Ltd with the Company. (As Per BSE Bulletin Dated on 23/08/2006) India Infoline Ltd has informed BSE that the Unsecured Creditors of India Infoline Securities Pvt Ltd have in the court convened meeting held on September 9, 2006 unanimously approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of India Infoline Securities Pvt Ltd with the Company. (As per BSE Annocement website dated on 11/09/2006) India Infoline Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received the order of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai dated January 12, 2007, approving merger of India Infoline Securities Pvt Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary) with the Company, effective April 01, 2006.
