India Infoline Ltd has informed BSE that in the Court Convened Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of India Infoline Limited ('IIL') held on August 12, 2013, the proposed Scheme of Arrangement under Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956, between India Infoline Limited and India Infoline Distribution Company Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors ('the Scheme') for transfer of Financial Services Undertaking of IIL was duly approved by the Shareholders with the requisite majority. The same will be submitted to the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay. Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2014, have appointed Miss. Raina Shah as Company Secretary & Compliance officer with effect from February 28, 2014. Miss. Raina Shah will be the Compliance Officer pursuant to Clause 47 (a) of the Listing Agreement and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, Securities Contract Regulation Act and Listing Agreement. She will also liaison with authorities such as SEBI, Stock Exchanges and ROC. Mr. Shrikant Behera will step down as Compliance Officer with effect from February 28, 2014.
