(the Resulting Company) and their Respective Shareholders and Creditors; The Scheme provides for Demerger of the Cement Business Division (Demerged Undertaking) of KESORAM INDUSTRIES LTD, (Demerged Company) INTO Ultratech Cement Ltd.
