HSIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 25, 2012, inter alia, has considered and approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Garden Polymers Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary with the Company, subject to necessary statutory and other approvals HSIL Ltd has informed BSE that the 'Scheme of Amalgamation' of Garden Polymers Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, with the Company, with effect from April 01, 2012, the Appointed Date, has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta, on January 09, 2014, certified copy of which has been made over to the Company on March 13, 2014. The Company has filed the certified copy of said Order of Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta, with the concerned Registrar of Companies on March 14, 2014.
