Proposal to enter into the Scheme of Amalgamation of Slesha Commercial Limited (formerly known as Shivam Techno Projects Limited), Samyak Corporation Limited (formerly known as Green Commercial Limited) and Jeevandhara Multitrade Limited (formerly known as Amulya General Trading & Agencies Limited) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Transferor Companies') with, KD Leisures Limited (formerly Vishvesham Investment and Trading Limited) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Transferee Company') , in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder, SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions of any enactment.
