Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, J.K.Synthetics Ltd. has fixed the Record Date for the purpose of Scheme of Arrangement. The transactions in the equity shares of the company should be done on an ex-entitlement basis with effect from the undermentioned date. As per the sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement of Hon'ble AAIFR approved a draft rehabilitation scheme providing for demerger of cement units, part of the industrial undertakings of the company into a separate company formed, namely M/s. J.K.Cement Ltd. The shareholders of the company are entitled to receive ONE equity share of Rs.10/-each of M/s. J.K.Cement Ltd.for every TEN existing equity shares held in the company. Note:- The scrip will be in No Delivery from 09/12/2004 to 15/12/2004.
