| Approved, in principle, the sale of the Company's Ductron Castings Unit (DCU) to Ennore Foundries Ltd, (EFL). The valuation/sale consideration to be arrived at by independent valuers will be determined and approved in due course, by aspecially constituted Board Committee, which will include all the independent Directors.
