Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 03, 2013, has approved the following: - The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the proposal for demerger of part of petrochemical business into M/s. Enam Organics India Limited. This will be subject to approval of Shareholder, Creditors, High Courts and other regulatory approvals. The Board of the Company will remain unchanged, and the demerger will have no impact on the management structure of AAREY Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. There will be no change in the Shareholding pattern of the Company.
