We would like to inform you that the Honourable National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai at its hearing held on 13th July 2022 has ordered the Company to convene a Meeting of Equity Shareholders and Unsecured Creditors in relation to the Scheme of Arrangement (De-merger) between the Company and LMW Aerospace Industries Limited.
