Considered and approved the Scheme of Arrangement for amalgamation of Prolijune Lifesciences Private Limited (Transferor Company 1) and Pavi Buildwell Private Limited (Transferor Company 2), both being wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, with and into Mankind Pharma Limited (Transferee Company Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors (Scheme 1 Scheme of Arrangement), pursuant to Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the rules made thereunder. The Appointed Date for the Scheme of Arrangement is as defined therein i.e. April 01, 2027.
