Ltd (RDA) informing that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has passed Orders on December 19, 2008 (authenticated copy issued on January 12, 2009) approving the Scheme of arrangement between- i) ARA Trading & Investment Pvt. Ltd - Transferor Company The 'Effective Date' of the Order is January 29, 2009, being the date of filing with the Registrar of Companies. Consequent upon the amalgamation, RDA Holding & Trading Pvt. Ltd holds 6,43,28,500 equity shares (53.98%) of the paid-up share capital of the Company. In view thereof, the Company will become subsidiary Company of RDA Holding & Trading Pvt. Ltd.
