Navya Biologicals Private Limited ('NBPL') is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, is engaged on research and development activities in the field of biologicals. NBPL has specifically been in the development of bio-similars and bioprocess technology platforms. The meeting commenced at 4.00 P.M and concluded at 5.00 P.M. We hereby intimate you that the scheme of merger of Navya Biologicals Private Limited with Shilpa Medicare Limited has been approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench. A copy of the Order is annexed herewith. The Company will take necessary steps to complete the requisite procedural compliances with regard to said merger as required under the Companies Act and SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
