Indian Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. Indfund Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank with Indian Bank. With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 02, 2012 regarding the approval accorded by the Board of Directors of the Bank for a Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. lndfund Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank with Indian Bank, Indian Bank has now informed BSE that Accordingly, M/s. lndfund Management Limited has since been merged with the Bank.
