( Transferor Company) with TAAL Enterprises Ltd. (Transferee Company). (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 19/03/2024) Receipt of Order of Hon''ble NCLT, Bengaluru Bench sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of TAAL Tech India Pvt. Ltd. (Transferor Company) with TAAL Enterprises Limited (Transferee Company) (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/05/2025) We wish to inform you that pursuant to the scheme of Amalgamation of TAAL Tech India Pvt Ltd(Transferor Company) with TAAL Enterprises Ltd(Transferee Company), the NCLT Bengaluru Bench has issued order dated 21st May, 2025 sanctioning the scheme and the said order has been filled by both the transferor and transferee Company with the Registrar of Companies, Bengaluru earlier today i.e. 27th June, 2025. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 27.06.2025) Approved and taken on record the restated financial statements w.e.f. April 01, 2023 ('Appointed date') upto March 31, 2025, along with the Auditor's report, Pursuant to the Amalgamation of the TAAL Tech India Private Limited (Transferor Company) with TAAL Enterprises Limited (Transferee Company).
