Further, the Company has submitted the disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Borosil Glass Works Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 25, 2016, inter alia, has considered/approved the following: 1. Approved draft scheme of merger of Hopewell Tableware Private Limited (HTPL), Vyline Glass Works Limited (VGWL) and Fennel Investment and Finance Private Limited (FIFPL) with the Company (details being sent separately). The Board Meeting commenced at 12:15 p.m. and concluded at 2:40 p.m. This is in continuation of letter dated December 21, 2017 on the subject. In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to intimate that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, it has been decided to extend the last date of receipt of all approvals for the captioned Scheme from 31st March, 2018 to 31st March, 2019, insert definition of 'Appointed Date' in the Scheme and make consequential changes.
