Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, vide its Order dated January 18, 2023 ('NCLT Order') has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Radhika Heights Limited ('the Demerged Company/ Transferee Company') and Meyten Realtech Private Limited ('Resulting Company') and Cabana Structures Limited ('Transferor Company') A copy of the Order of the Hon'ble NCLT sanctioning the Scheme is attached herewith for your ready reference.
