Shree Global Tradefin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2013, has considered and approved the following : 1. Scheme of Amalgamation of Indrajit Properties Private Limited and Indrajit Power Technology Private Limited and Trump Investments Limited with Shree Global Tradefin Limited u/s 391 - 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 subject to approval of shareholders, High Court and other necessary authorities. 2. Alteration of Main Objects Clauses of Memorandum of Association of the Company as a part of 'Scheme of Amalgamation' subject to necessary approvals.
