This offer includes a reservation of up to 2,448,649 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each (Constituting up to 0.5% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the Company) aggregating up to Rs.[*] crores for subscription by eligible ICICI Bank Shareholders ("ICICI Bank Shareholders Reservation Portion"). The offer less the ICICI Bank shareholders reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute [*]% and [*]% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company, respectively. Price Band: Rs. 2061/- to Rs. 2165/- for equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price is 2061 times times the face value and cap price is 2165 times of the face value of the equity shares.
