Initial public offering of up to 24,300,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited ("the company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 165 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 155 per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating up to Rs. 400.95 crores ("issue"). The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 24,300,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 400.95 crores ("fresh issue"). The issue shall constitute [*] % of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. This issue includes a reservation of up to 20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each aggregating up to Rs.0.33 crores (constituting up to [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital) for purchase by eligible employees (the "employee reservation portion"). The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue".
