Rotographics (India) Limited was originally incorporated on January 16, 1976 as 'Rotographics (India) Private Limited' in Delhi & Haryana, which subsequently was changed to 'Rotographics (India) Limited' on 19 December, 1994. The operations of the Company are diversified as per the demand of the trading Industry. The main business of the Company is sale and purchase of paper, steel, heavy machinery and fabrics.

In 2025-26, the Company has amended its object clause to expand its operations across various industrial and commercial sectors, primarily dealing in: Non-ferrous metals, alloys, oxides, and chemicals, Raw materials for batteries, electric bulbs, glassware, rubber, ceramics, and paint industries, Technological research and know-how transfers, Mining, exploration, and beneficiation of metallic minerals, Precious and semi-precious stones, gems, and jewellery.
