There was a change in the control & management of the Company through which the open offer handled by Swaraj Shares & Securities Private Limited, Merchant Bankers, open offer was closed on 03rd July, 2025. The Acquirers namely M/S U G Patwardhan Services Private Limited, Mr. Kaushal Uttam Shah, M/S Agri One India Ventures Llp and Mr. Shantanu Surpure acquired 19,50,010 Equity Shares, representing 26% of the Voting Share Capital of Bijoy Hans Limited, the board & management was changed on 28th July, 2025 and Mr. Kaushal Uttam Shah is made the Promoter of the Company in FY2025.
