Aastha Spintex Limited was originally incorporated as Aastha Spintex Private Limited', dated August 12, 2013, with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Aastha Spintex Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Processing Centre w.e.f. February 12, 2025.
Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading carded, combed, and compact combed cotton yarns, as well as cotton bales. The manufacturing facility is located at Halvad, Morbi, Gujarat with semi-automated and integrated spinning and ginning setup. This facility produces cotton bales and cotton yarns, which are used both for captive production and for supply to other spinning units. The cotton yarns manufactured are used in knitting and weaving applications, including denim, terry towels, shirting, sheeting, sweaters, socks, bottom wear, home textiles, and industrial fabrics. Manufacturing plant is operated through advanced machinery, sourced from reputed manufacturers based in India, Japan, and France. This includes compact spinning systems, high-speed autoconers, contamination cleaners, electronic yarn clearers, and automated vacuum systems.
The Company operate exclusively in the business-to-business (B2B) segment, supplying its products to textile manufacturers, yarn exporters, bulk purchasers, and fabric processors. Apart from this, the Company operate a spindle count capacity of 25,920 spindles through 15 compact ring spinning machines and an annual 12,000 MT production capacity of cotton bales through 28 ginning machines.. The cotton yarn works a production capacity of 7,700 MT per annum.
Company is planning the Initial Public Offer by raising Rs 160 Cr Equity Shares having face value Rs 10 through Fresh issue.
