Vaghani Techno-Build Limited, Formerly known as  Dhruv Makhan (I) Limited was incorporated on 6 October, 1994 as a public limited company. Name of the Company was changed from 'Dhruv Makhan (I) Limited' to ' Vaghani Techno-Build Limited' effective on 12th October, 2006. The Company is presently engaged in trading of Transfer of Development Rights (I'DR) and Real Estate Development.
 
The company set up a plant at Badarkha, Gujarat, with an installed capacity of 9900 liter per day to manufacture and process pasteurised milk.  The company came out with a public issue of 55,60,000 shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 556 lac, to part-finance the project.
